Semi- Technical Voice Process: 1.Candidate should be able to solve the technical issues related to electronic products and home appliances and provide solution for the same.
2.Provide Support in inbound call center.
3.Document & add new issues/solutions to Knowledge Management Repository.
4.Utilize professional techniques to retain & delight customers.
5.Use of soft skills – Listen, Empathy, Courtesy etc.
6.Provide quality service & resolve concerns efficiently & professionally
7.Shift window: Day window (6am-12pm), Night window (8pm 6am) Note: Females will not be required to do night shifts.
Males will be required to do night shifts for a month after every 3 months.
